Ordering and Payments

Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods: VISA and VISA Debit Cards, Mastercard, Debit, or Prepaid Mastercard Cards, Diner's Club, American Express, Discover Network, JCB and bank deposits through Commonwealth Bank.

Checking Out

Step 1: Cart

Once all desired products are added to cart, press the CHECKOUT button. Make sure that you have added the correct items to your basket. Check the model, colour, memory size, quantity and price of the product/s you selected. After that, you can choose which additional services you would like to add, such as our gift wrapping service or extended warranty, whether 2, 3 or 5 years. If you don't want any of these services, simply close the pop up box to continue shopping or click 'Checkout Items'.

Step 2: Customer Information

Proceed to the customer information page where you will be asked to enter your shipping details as a guest, or log-in if you have an account. If you don’t have an account, you will be asked to enter your delivery address information.

Step 3: Shipping Method

Choose your preferred shipping method, whether Standard Delivery or Express Delivery, so we can get the items to you as soon as possible. Afterwards, proceed to the payment method selection.

Step 4: Payment Method

Enter your card details. Next, select billing address information as either 'Same as Shipping Address' or 'Use a Different Billing Address', where you will be asked to enter your billing address.

Step 5 - Complete Order

Check if all details are correct and click 'Complete Order'. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and you will receive a 'Thank you for your order' email as confirmation of your order. The email could take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been shipped. If you don't find the said emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Bank Deposits

Payments via Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer take 1 - 2 working days for the funds to clear. When making the transfer, please use your order number as the reference number so we can match your deposit to your order. Once the payment is received, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your payment.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods via the Contact Us page and supply us all necessary information along with your order number. Feel free to tweet us further details of your issue and a member of our Customer Care team will get back to you ASAP. You may also contact us via Live Chat, Facebook or Instagram.

Payment from Your Account

If there is an issue with your payment and the payment was not successfully processed, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you. Your order will be temporarily put on hold until the issue is resolved.
